I use this app to help my customers find their tracking number easier, while still on my website. I appreciate the kind, and fast replies. Would definitely recommend this app!
The customer service received through chat was great! The rep was very helpful. Although we don't get returns (offering great quality human hair)....we will also be downloading the Aftership Returns app for a smooth customer experience should there be an exchange needed in the future:)

This app's pricing structure is very nice for beginners, it's free till we reach certain orders. Not very intuitive to use though! I wish there was an idiot-proof tutorial for all beginners to learn how to use the app!
