After trying several solutions that most of them are very well known I was lucky to get a recommendation from a dear friend to try AITrillion. As the app has many features it seemed overwhelming to me, but thanks to their awesome onboarding team I could have a quick and smooth transfer and saved a lot of money by activating all features. Being 1 app with several features with 1 code helped me reducing the number of apps I used to have which saved me not only money but a lot of codes that were slowing down my page load speed. I would highly recommend this app. It is simply to enroll customers at POS. The support team is fantastic when we have run into problems or had questions. They are very responsive.

There are SO MANY features available that I'm still finding new ones but the reason why I'm writing this review is the customer service. I don't know if they have 24/7 availability or what but every time I've asked a question, day or night, I have NEVER gotten an automated response. With a couple minutes, a real live person comes on to help me with my problem.
I was looking for an app that I could do loyalty rewards and referrals but this does so much more and for CHEAPER than everyone else. I can see using this permanently.

I love all the different functions this app has - all in one place! It makes my work so much more effective and easier. I've had to contact support twice and they were great in solving my issues. The Knowledge base and videos are great as well. I just wish the videos had a play bar so that you can go back and forth as needed.
I love the support staff and the concept of this "app", It is much more than one app, it is like many apps working together in a clever way

I think this is very good but there are some things that do not work I think this is special for the theme but very good
This app is a great all in one option for many aspects of my store. I have tried a bunch of apps for loyalty, reviews, emails, etc... and, in the end I came back to this app to handle them all. The customer service is great as well! Send a message and your issue or concern is handled quickly and professionally. I am anxious for this app to grow and help me find new ways to attract and keep customers coming to my store! I’d like to send a special shout out to Preetam for putting up with my constant questions! (I am a little OCD sometimes )
