Honestly, has been one of the best apps, Ive used on Shopify. Love that I'am able to speak with someone and get so much support with setting up the backend of my business and for the price, its just worth it! Really amazing app, and I love that you can do everything all in one place.

Been a huge help Preetam's customer service is great when setting up my shop I spoke to him everyday for at least a week and gave me as much help as I needed.

After trying several solutions that most of them are very well known I was lucky to get a recommendation from a dear friend to try AITrillion. As the app has many features it seemed overwhelming to me, but thanks to their awesome onboarding team I could have a quick and smooth transfer and saved a lot of money by activating all features. Being 1 app with several features with 1 code helped me reducing the number of apps I used to have which saved me not only money but a lot of codes that were slowing down my page load speed. There are SO MANY features available that I'm still finding new ones but the reason why I'm writing this review is the customer service. I don't know if they have 24/7 availability or what but every time I've asked a question, day or night, I have NEVER gotten an automated response. With a couple minutes, a real live person comes on to help me with my problem.
I was looking for an app that I could do loyalty rewards and referrals but this does so much more and for CHEAPER than everyone else. I can see using this permanently.
Please give them a try!
I love all the different functions this app has - all in one place! It makes my work so much more effective and easier. I've had to contact support twice and they were great in solving my issues. The Knowledge base and videos are great as well. I just wish the videos had a play bar so that you can go back and forth as needed.
