Great app to have. Very useful when doing Dropshipping, even having a Free plan is nice and allows for a taste of they have to offer. Rocy was especially helpful via the Live Chat, she answered all my questions professionally, quickly and with photos for examples. She was also kind enough to pick out some best selling products to help me get started. Would highly recommend this app 100%.

So far so good. I hope to grow with Zopi. Time will tell. I will say this, I just had a couple of encounters with customer service because I am new at Zopi and Shopify and my experience with both of them was pleasant. My problems were solved I had no issue with their customer service skills. Jennie, the second representative, was incredible and very knowledgeable. If I run into a problem and then find myself in need of assistance with Zopi...I hope I run into Jennie again. ( :-) for Jennie)

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Leo from Zopi’s Customer Support team, and I must say, it was one of the most exemplary experiences I've had in a long time. I worked with Jeannie today and she was amazing! She helped me with a difficult order and without her assistance it would not have been completed. A very wonderful experience. She was patient, thorough and understanding. I hope to work with her again if I ever experience a technical issue. She's great!
