The app is great! The chat feature is a bit unsteady. The text moves around a bit and I'm unable to unpin it from the window and move it around to get better navigation.

I also would like for the ordering process, from order to fulfillment to be more automatic, with the least human intervention required. We have other things to do than having to submit orders, multiple times throughout the day. This feature would help with that a lot.

Otherwise, so far, so good.

It really means the world for me.

my litteral words decribing what i had to do, litteraly what she told me to do.

"ok so i have to have reviews, 60% of sales are what other people say...add multiple payment options...match the website colors to the product colors....use high quality images, preferably organic.....use keywords, meta tags and descriptions that grab search engines results."

I love this app, whenever I need assistance someone is there within seconds and everyone is so very helpful and patient with me, especially Rocy today who was brilliant and knew exactly what to check to resolve an issue. Excellent service. Thank you.
