If you need reliable, fast and quality product research and fulfilment service, install Zopi. I have been using fulfilment apps since 2018. Zopi bypassed the others with the new AI app, that works right in your store, as an integral smart part of it. You want new products or versions, here they are, push to your store. Received an order? Already fulfilled. Up to now, I have not received any complaints from customers, at all. You have questions - real humans answer and solve them instantly. Yesterday I clicked somewhere I did not want, Daisy solved it in a minute.

Scarlet was able to help me with a complex problem. It was nice talking to a human as she was able to guide me through the process of correcting an order and making sure that it was shipped out. It was nice to be able to contact somebody who had so much knowledge of the process. I am sure I will call again sometime.

Incredible app for Shopify business owners. The userface is incredibly easy to use and has very useful features. The support from ZOPI is INCREDIBLE. I am beyond impressed by their ability to immediately solve issues. They are always very helpful and always completely understand what I am trying to solve, which results in my issue being resolved immediately. Highly recommend ZOPI to everyone.

Today I received one order and after placing the order customer requested to change the Color of the product. I have contacted in customer care and Ms. Ross assigned me for today and she helped me a lot by making the modification into the order and she explain me the whole process step by step and that's how i fulfilled my order today. Once Again Ms Ross thank you so much your support and cooperation.

By far the greatest app I’ve used for drop shipping. I recently needed help fulfilling orders, Paula from the support team was so helpful, she sound me another supplier that could fulfill my orders and mapped it to my shopify store.

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Zopi is built to automate key dropshipping tasks — including product importing, fulfillment, smart pricing, AI content, and tracking — to save your time and effort. If there are specific features you found lacking or pricing concerns you’d like to highlight, we’re more than happy to listen and improve.

Actually, what you're referring to sounds like our Smart Supplier feature — designed to help sellers like you save time and maximize profit. When enabled, Smart Supplier automatically selects the best available supplier based on:
- Faster shipping time
- Higher reliability
- Better profit margins (based on product + shipping cost)

That said, it’s 100% optional. You can always select your own preferred supplier. To clarify, our internal review shows that only 5 out of your 850+ recent orders were fulfilled via Smart Supplier — and none of those resulted in complaints or refund requests. But if there are specific orders you’d like us to review, we’re more than happy to help!

We totally understand how important tracking is for your business. Regarding the “Merchant limitations reached” error — this message appears because your current Basic plan ($19.9/month) includes 15 monthly tracking quotas.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that all 15 quotas were used in July, which is why no further tracking updates were processed.
This limit resets monthly. To avoid this issue, you may consider a higher-tier plan or contacting our support team. We will offer the solution that works best for you.
