Incredible app for Shopify business owners. The userface is incredibly easy to use and has very useful features. The support from ZOPI is INCREDIBLE. I am beyond impressed by their ability to immediately solve issues. Today I received one order and after placing the order customer requested to change the Color of the product. I have contacted in customer care and Ms. Ross assigned me for today and she helped me a lot by making the modification into the order and she explain me the whole process step by step and that's how i fulfilled my order today. I’ve been using Zopi since last year, and honestly, it used to be one of the best free dropshipping tools out there. You could actually import a decent amount of products, test new ideas, and build your store without hitting a wall every few minutes. But now? They’ve completely ruined it. They’ve limited the number of products you can add so badly it’s basically useless. Back then, you could import way more enough to test multiple niches and see what sells. Now, it’s like they’re purposely choking the free users just to force upgrades. The whole “credits” idea they added made everything worse. Instead of focusing on making the app better or giving more features, they decided to limit how many products you can add, so you hit a wall faster and have to pay. It’s super obvious all they care about now is getting more and more money out of users, not actually helping people start their dropshipping business.

Zopi used to help small sellers grow. Now it just frustrates you until you give up or pay. I’m completely done using them, and honestly, I recommend everyone else do the same. There are way better options that don’t treat you like that. Try DSers, Eprolo, or Ali Orders they still let you import way more products for free and actually care about helping dropshippers grow. Zopi went from a great app to a greedy, limited mess. It’s sad to see how far they’ve fallen. Unless they bring back the old system where you could choose a plan based on the number of products you could add, they’re not worth anyone’s time.

Could you please help me understand the process for my customers in Canada? How will they receive the product at their address after placing an order?

My online store is connected to the Zopi dropshipping app, but I'm unsure how the workflow operates, especially regarding shipping fees. Do I need to handle the shipping logistics myself and send the product on behalf of the customer, or will Zopi automate this for me?

I tried to place a test order myself, but I found the platform very complicated. It doesn't clearly explain the steps to follow, and I couldn't figure out how to get the product delivered.

This is very important because my store is connected to my YouTube channel, which has over 1 million subscribers. I want to avoid any problems with shipping or delivery. I should note that I do not have a physical store or a warehouse

To clarify how Zopi works:

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, Zopi automatically detects and fulfills the order.

- You do not need a warehouse, physical inventory, or to handle shipping yourself.
- Zopi places the order with the supplier, and the supplier ships the product directly to your customer, including customers in Canada.
- Tracking information is automatically updated in your Shopify order page once the supplier ships.
- Shipping fees are included during the supplier order — you don’t need to manage logistics manually.

We also noticed that you were able to successfully place an order, which means your setup is correct and you’re on the right track.

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Actually, what you're referring to sounds like our Smart Supplier feature — designed to help sellers like you save time and maximize profit. When enabled, Smart Supplier automatically selects the best available supplier based on:
- Faster shipping time
- Higher reliability
- Better profit margins (based on product + shipping cost)

That said, it’s 100% optional. You can always select your own preferred supplier. To clarify, our internal review shows that only 5 out of your 850+ recent orders were fulfilled via Smart Supplier — and none of those resulted in complaints or refund requests. But if there are specific orders you’d like us to review, we’re more than happy to help!

We totally understand how important tracking is for your business. Regarding the “Merchant limitations reached” error — this message appears because your current Basic plan ($19.9/month) includes 15 monthly tracking quotas.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that all 15 quotas were used in July, which is why no further tracking updates were processed.
This limit resets monthly. To avoid this issue, you may consider a higher-tier plan or contacting our support team. We will offer the solution that works best for you.
