I enjoy the neat design and that you can filter out aliexpress shopper name / other components you don't want to appear on your reviews. Also the customer service is great. Jennifer helped me quickly resolve my product rating visibility which was awesome. Only issue is I wish the bulk editing was available on the basic paid version, as there are soooo many reviews and it's a lot of work for those with many products to sort them out individual. May not be worthwhile to some who don't have time to do this to have a lot of reviews that will appear on their website talking about aliexpress or titled aliexpress shopper. I think this feature can be a deal breaker for people using the app.
