Was told repeatedly that they would help me start selling on Amazon. 2 weeks later and i had to go use another app/service.When i asked questions,theyd stop responding.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Awful app full of errors. Support is so bad it is actually laughable. We had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with multiple attempts from support to 'fix' the problem we gave it a go ourselves and managed to solve the problem. A warning, support seem to genuinely only be interested in gaining your Whatsapp details, and instead of offering support try to sell you their 'we can list your products for a fee' sales pitch. It's almost like they have set this app up with so many errors and problems you have to speak with them so they can try and sell you a fix. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get products to list correctly without it crashing or bringing up random errors we have decided to look elsewhere. Shocking app and service.

I really love a great app, but I adore a great support team even more. I’m currently using the Amazon by CED Commerce and loving it. Getting everything set up was really difficult because of account setup errors on my end. No matter what time of the day or night I reached out, someone was there. They spent countless hours helping me backtrack and repair, tirelessly working until we had it figured out and I was selling on Amazon. They even helped me set up my templates and products. The app wasn't working and they answered the same day as it was fixed, I had some issue with other apps for the set up, hopefully they will help to publish the products too.
