Great in theory, if it actually worked. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because tech support actually did try to help, sort of. After not being able to quickly come to a solution, they asked for my email address to get back with me after they had a chance to look into it. Two days now and no reply. One thing I really can't stand is when apps are released before they are truly ready and working.

Currently using the app, I set up a call today to discuss the error messages when trying to upload products. CedCommerce explained the steps and was able to help by reviewing my screen and products as well. Great App so far.

I had so much trouble. It was all me. I'm new to Shopify and really wanted to use it with other channels. The support here is amazing! There was an error on Amazon (totally my fault) and I couldn't get items to sync. Support walked me through my errors and helped me get everything working. The app works perfectly! Since I'm new to Shopify (I always used WooCommerce) I've been trying out apps off and on. This one worked seamlessly. I highly recommend it!

Category and Template kind of not easy to work on. The main issue is with the Sku number is not visible on the main page to see the sku each product is hard. The quantity also not shows in the front page. If you use the same concept like Amazon front page it will make easier for the user to get the work done faster. Also the inserting image function not available in your app specifically when you aware about the white background issue. Thanks

I do not know anything about Amazon as far as setting it up and they have helped me a few times...I have dealt with 3 different people and all of them have been very helpful and patient with me. They have taken the time to set up an item and so that I had one for reference to know how to set up the rest of my items as well. Thank you for your help!!

Great app to sync Amazon orders. Excellent customer support. Abhipraya was very helpful, supportive and patient in answering to all my questions and responded right away to get things working. We also had online meet where he lead me to step by step guidance to make sure I am doing right thing. Highly recommend this app.

So firstly, kudos to the app for solving a big issue faced by stores in Asia/India region of not getting Amazon as one of the sales channel options directly from shopify. Coming to the app and support, I was new to the entire process of listing products on Amazon . We'll all agree, if it's your 1st time, Amazon processes and fields to be filled can be testing! Excellent support provided by Shubhi from CedCommerce team who's been patient enough to guide me through the entire listing process in the past couple of days. Minor bugs did come up but were resolved promptly. My products are listed on Amazon now and the interface/syncing process is super smooth. Keep up the good work folks!
