Poorly structured application - multiple failures with unsuccessful publish to amazon- waste of time

If you know what you're doing and what you need, this is a killer Channel. It's not an APP, it's a Channel and that's a big difference. It's simple and does what what I need. Shopify is master of inventory and price for FBA and FBM items. Amazon orders come into SHOPIFY so I can push it straight through my Shipstation as if it's another Shopify order. Simple. Within 24 hours we're fully synchronized straight into SHOPIFY. Shocked to learn that I can push existing Shopify listings straight into a new Amazon Seller Central listings. I strongly recommend.

Was told repeatedly that they would help me start selling on Amazon. 2 weeks later and i had to go use another app/service.When i asked questions,theyd stop responding.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Awful app full of errors. Support is so bad it is actually laughable. We had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with multiple attempts from support to 'fix' the problem we gave it a go ourselves and managed to solve the problem. A warning, support seem to genuinely only be interested in gaining your Whatsapp details, and instead of offering support try to sell you their 'we can list your products for a fee' sales pitch. It's almost like they have set this app up with so many errors and problems you have to speak with them so they can try and sell you a fix. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get products to list correctly without it crashing or bringing up random errors we have decided to look elsewhere. Shocking app and service.

I just discovered Cedcommerce and had some issues with mapping products with variants and various metal types. The support team was really helpful and managed to get it working for me in a few hours. I'd be happy to help review your integration application, CedCommerce Amazon Channel is an integration application provided by CedCommerce, a leading e-commerce solutions provider. The Features and Functionality, Ease of Use, Compatibility and Integration, Performance and Reliability, and Customer Support are top-notch. I tell you i tried Codisto and it was not worth it, But CedCommerce is really wonderful. The Support person told me about the marketing and Shopify SEO to build sales.

The App Works and has features that can get you setup on amazon. BUT, the invasion of privacy from this app is nothing but ridiculous. They Deliberately went out of their way to get my phone number and text me with no permission and unannounced.

After contacting their live chat for some help with a minor issue, I am bombarded by their "Support Team" On WhatsApp. At first, I was extremely confused, but as time progressed their Support Team would try to spam me and sell me on their services for store optimization and upload. They even created a group chat on WhatsApp specifically for my store.

I have also noticed an uptick in crypto scam texts from WhatsApp and My US number.

STAY AWAY. Use something else.
