I use this app to import my Amazon listings and sync my orders. I love how it grabs my orders from Amazon, syncs them to Shopify, then to my print provider. When the order is fulfilled and shipped to the customer, the tracking number is automatically sent to amazon. Once everything is set up the whole process is entirely hands-off, so I can focus on creating more products. It will take some time to learn how the app works, but you can count on their awesome customer service, they have been helping me day and night via zoom calls and WhatsApp, they are really available and always ready to help. It is a big plus for a seller like me. Overall a great app, I love it

Haven't used it a lot yet but support (Geetika Grover) helped me get up and running right away in no time! The app is pretty easy to use with just a few hiccups but with their customer support help, they make it easy to hit the ground running!

I just added the app to my shop and have some work to do to upload my products to Amazon. Directly after adding the app, I contacted the support and without having to wait at all I got a direct response with a group created to support me and all my questions were answered promptly. Super solid app with great support. Reliable and gets the job done. Support helped us install and ensured that all settings were done correctly. Highly recommend. We use the app to simply pull all our Amazon orders into Shopify, so that we can fulfill from there, assign Amazon orders to different fulfillment centers, as well as have all analytics for Ecomm+Amazon in one place. The only opportunity for improvement is the cost. I wish the app was like $24/month instead of $49. But it gets the job done well and that's the most important.

The app is very easy to use and if you have any issues the customer service is outstanding! They could increase the amount of FAQ's based on error codes. I would like a quick reference guide for error codes. Some of the error codes are unclear and it is hard to figure out what needs to be changed.
