The app is easy to get a hang of after some time, and if you have any issues, they are very quick to help via email or phone call. Great customer service, would recommend.

This is a comprehensive booking app. I reviewed about 6 other apps and just kept coming back to this one. Not only does it do everything we needed it to do, but the backend tech support is responsive, and they go above and beyond to custom a beautiful product.
very good app, excellent support and they give detailed and prompt responses to queries. Their complimentary brand removal is very kind and helpful as well for someone just starting out with their app
The customer service you get with Appointo is UNMATCHED. Priyanshu was absolutely beyond helpful and showed me available options with the pro plan that I likely never would have otherwise found in my own. He and Appointo really helped upgrade our site and our booking experience in general. After using many different apps, Appointo is my favourite.
We are using the app for the appointments of our test center. We exprerienced some issues at the beginning due to the high demand, but those were resolved almost instantly. Great customer service! Also the newly added features work great.
