For a free app, the functionality is very rich. I'm in the process of migrating from another ecommerce platform (Ecwid) to Shopify and the Appstle product suite (Loyalty & Rewards, and Subscriptons) is very solid. Technical support is via chat/email and is almost instant despite me raising requests at strange times of the day.
The techs are super helpful and knowledgeable about their product.
You could do a lot worse than choose Appstle products for your Shopify store.

Just downloaded the app, picked Appstle because they also manage my subscription app. I have been very pleased with both so far. Chatted in with Prarthana to get some customizations changed and she was perfect. Took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I can't wait to see how both these apps will help my business continue to grow!

This is an awesome app. Response and support is awesome and almost immediate. Highly recommend the app. Its prettty inyuitive to setup. Enable widger, set up activity rules that says how do u get points and then set up rewards to redeem boom you are done. There are many ways to set up how to earn rewards including social media etc. Once you enable the widget, it appears on teh home page bottom right and shows up as earn rewards.

Customers will need an account to manage and track rewards. Shopify customer accounts for your store is hidden by degault. This is good so customers can buy immediately. They do have to go back and create an account if they want to redeeem. Hidden means the customer account creation is hidden by default. For our store, we let it be. We manually go back and add points later, so the customer gets notified and creates an account. This makes sure that the customer purchase excperience is fast and smooth. Maybe there are better ways but that works for us. Overall this app and we also use other appstle apps for subscription is great. Highly recommended. 15 moins setup is all it needed

Absolute trash app. Had a very simple issue with the loyalty button not working/displaying (opening) properly. I set everything up the night before and it was all working correctly. Next day it had changed location on my website and totally stopped working.

I asked for help to find out what was going on and the best they could come up with was asking for access to the backend of my website. HUGE red flag right there. I refused and deleted the app. There was nothing wrong with my website. 2 days after I deleted the app, I get an email from CS saying the app was fixed without needing access to my website. Again HUGE red flag. Do not use this useless app.

They wasted 3 hours of my time during the set up, I emailed over 1,000 customers to let them know about the loyalty program and the next day it was broke. My time is very valuable and so are my customers time. 100% waste my time garbage app in my opinion.

Dear Merchant,

We are sorry you had less than a stellar experience with our store. We were asking for store access to update the liquid in case it's broken. Some apps modify liquid files, and we wondered if the issue could be related to that.

In the meanwhile, the dev was investigating on his end. And we realized that the recent update of our app was affecting your store. Hence we were able to resolve the issue from our side.

We again apologize for the inconvenience.
