So far this app has been the only one that was able to help me with my needs that I wanted to do for my promotion campaign.

I wanted to do that if someone would order a certain amount of items, they would enter a certain percentage tier for their discount. But, to unlock this the minimum order value had to be €50.

Most apps could do one or the other but not both.

But this app could, and when I ran into issues I contact the support team and what a service!

They implemented the code on the website for me, and for our other store as well.

And made sure that everything was working and that I was satisfied, I really did not expect this but I am looking forward to the results of the sale :)

The "success fee" was not something I was keen on, but it is free to use and based on your needs you can change that.

But seeing that this was the only app that could help me, I honestly don't mind anymore :)

"Perfect App for Managing Discounts!"
Discounty has made running my store's promotions so much easier! From flash sales with countdown timers to bulk discounts like "Buy 2, Get 10% Off," the features are seamless and easy to set up. The customization options for sales badges and widgets make my products stand out beautifully. I also love the cart discounts, which have significantly boosted my average order value. The auto-update feature is a lifesaver—it keeps everything synced without extra work. Plus, the support team is super responsive and helpful! Highly recommended.

App itself is good, however the pricing model is bad for anyone that is running a retail store, stores with high turnover and small profit margin will suffer great expenses from the percentage based success fees. It takes the total cost of the app easily above £80 per month for us. They need to remove or reduce the success fees.

This is the worst app we've ever used! Stay away! We ran a semi-annual sale last week, and 3 random issues happened and they never fix it for us. 1. Sometimes the app will give customer 100% discount, which means giving away our products for free. 2. Sometimes the app will give customers 70% discount instead of the 30% discount that we set up. 3. Sometimes the app will skip some orders and gave the customer 0% discount. Everything was just random. Stay away. This app is full of bugs and issues.

We have using this app for a few years now, but recently had an issue. I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly. Ron was amazing, he created videos for me to follow so I could see what I had done incorrectly, which was super helpful. Having this kind of support is amazing. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a discount app. Thank you

It has all the features I’ve been looking for but couldn’t find in other apps, and it works with the Rebuy. RG was amazing, he walked me through the setup on a call and answered all my questions with such patience and clarity. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend!
