Had an issue but it was quickly fixed by the tech support staff. Juliana fixed the issue literally within a minute. I am new to using the app, but everything seems perfect and really helps add some fresh design to the store.
They have a very fast support team and Ms. Jasmine was very kind and helped immediately, I am very grateful

The app is amazing! Others would charge 49$ for the features which this free app include! Not only the Features are amazing, the customer support is it too. I was chatting with Hana via live chat. She was amazing, other spporters (Not from Avada just from other companys) would stop at a point, but Hana offered her help and also implemented the countdown timer her self in my theme.
