I texted Avada for some help with boost sale badges and Rainy was very helpful, kind and helped me up pretty quicky. I like how helpful they are, and the program is easy to use.
The app works really well. I needed assistance getting my countdown timer setup on the store and Esther (live assistant) helped me get it to work. She was really helpful and communicative!
