Couldn't get the app to work to begin with, but Liz in support got it working for me and fixed the issues (which were probably in how I configured it). Seems to work pretty well.
Recently just installed the app for the sales pop up. Literally took a few minutes to set up with the help of Prakash. Was a lot easier than I expected and there doesn't seem to be any issues or funny business so far with the app. I haven't tried any of the other features so I can only vouch for the sales pop up. Hopefully things stay working well and no issues arise.
