This app does exactly what I need. I sell my products to other companies who require me to send them actual invoices and receipts. Shopify does not provide these, so I use Avada for that reason. Their customer support is really great, and have always worked with me to resolve any issues or help me navigate their software, or help me customize my invoices/receipts for my customers. They are very quick in doing so which is also great.
The Avada app is great, fills a gap in shopify's native functionality that is essential to our workflows. It is easy to use and very customizable!
Support is also fantastic, we have needed help a few times over the years troubleshooting our templates, and they always respond quickly and solve the problem for us.
Amazing product, and really helped automate my store, Tiana was also a great help when I had questions about how to use the app. Great Customer Service and Great Product
