On my second tech support chat, Liz was able to help find the step I was missing in changing order templates very quickly, so that I could get a customer documentation they required right away. It was a perfect experience that took maybe three minutes. Having support right there in invaluable... thanks so much Liz!
On my first tech support chat I found the AVADA app works pretty well. With the help of Juliana from technical support, I was able to get the documents I needed for customers up and running in very little time just working with her through the online chat. Great work Juliana!! You really provided excellent service... thanks so much!

i had to contact the support department as the templates we use were not compatible with our printer and were chopping line off the print. Sunny and Abby were superb and go the templates udated

Great product with a great customer service.
We had the chance to be assisted by Emily in setting up our invoicing template which has local and international compliance requirements. Emily ;iaised back and force between us and the dev team until we got the perfect template.
