We had some issues with the invoice format according to German regulations. Avada support was very helpful, thank you! After several iterations, we finally achieved the desired result. It would be great if one had more printing options, e.g. a certain period. The Yumbau team

This app although its free i am telling you its far more advanced in features that most of the paid ones. Easy to configure and excellent support. Drake resolved one issue we had in less than a day, that is top! Thanks very much guys for creating this essential plugin to Shopify.
App does not function correctly - if there is a change to the order it just adds the cost of the new item and does not reflect removed items. No response from developer on issue. ***Update - Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars***
After posting 2-star review , a flurry of activity from the developer ensued to rectify the issue. They were able to login under a collaborator account and fix the issue right away. It seems to be working now and I am revising my review.

The app is very good and more than that the Avada team is excellent. We had to do a lot of customization to suit our requirements and the Avada team did all the customization for us without even a single objection. I can confidently say that anyone who require PDF Invoice can install the Avada app without any hesitation. There is a wonderful team to support you so that you don't have to worry about any issues.

Easy to edit. We are a company in Turkey and some of the translations are kind of "not compatible". They are negligible though. The only downside for me is that you have to print every template seperately. For example "Order printe app" lets you print both the invoice and the label at the same time. With Avada, you have to choose what to print. Label, invocie etc.
It's okay, some things could be better, f. e. it would be nice, if you can download more then 30 orders/invoices directly per one click one the page from avada. But the customer service from Drake was great!
I installed this without any issues and, after a couple of questions about setup, was up and running with customised packing slips within 30 minutes. Excellent, fast support and a free app. What more could you ask for?!
i had to contact the support department as the templates we use were not compatible with our printer and were chopping line off the print. Sunny and Abby were superb and go the templates udated
