Just recently replaced a very old theme on our store but could not work out the integration, quickly dropped support a line, and they got back to me same day and did the integration there and then, great service that other apps could learn from.

This app has been a real time saver. It saves me from manually contacting customers to let them know a desired item is available AND it lets me know how many requests I have for each item, so I know what to make first.

Thank you for your review. Don’t forget that you can also set a Delivery Policy to limit how many notifications are sent depending on the inventory count of the product.

This is great for limiting how many notifications are sent and really driving the conversion value as much as possible by limiting any lost notifications.

Been using this app for a few years and we like it. It allows us to recoupe potential lost sales. We're busy and the customer's busy and it's a great reminder without having to have someone go back and let the customers know the product is back in stock.

Recommended! The app was well thought out and is highly customizable and works exactly as described.
