I did not have a backup option on my last website. A developer was doing some coding for us and royally screwed things up to the point our website was unusable. If I had Rewind, I could have easily been back up and running. I never have to worry about it again. The weekly reports I receive lets me know they are on top of it in case I need to call on them.
App is great, easy to setup and provides us with the back ups we need to know we are always covered.
This is a must have.
Having recently suffered a massive loss of data due to a Shopify glitch (not that they'll admit it) - I am still rebuilding my store three weeks later.
Rewind gives you the features that should be built into the platform by default and by doing so, gives me more peace of mind than I thought possible.
If you thought your Shopify data was backed up - it's not. Get Rewind and get on with building your business.

Best app I've ever used! I tried to alter the coding on my Shopify site only to cause 404 errors across my site. NO ONE COULD CHECK OUT in my store! In a panic I contacted Rewind. They came to my rescue for the 2nd time. The people there have been very polite, responded quickly and saved me hours of work. I went from the free plan to a paid plan and I'm glad I did!
Pretty good app! Like how it backs everything up! If I lose something it will rewind it back, pretty amazing.
Easy to install and I like that it provides you a detailed report. I have not had to use it yet and hopefully never will but, it provides great peace of mind knowing everything should be there should problems arise.
Perfect...exactly what I needed! This solved my immediate problem plus they are adding new features I am looking forward to.
This app is MARVELOUS! Every shop owner should have it installed.
Aside from the ongoing convenience (and piece of mind) - "at least" - once during the time that you have a shop - something will go wrong and be deleted or overwritten. (that day you will be glad you have this - no matter what the price)
This app backs up everything - including all the data & objects that are not included in Theme backup.
Very impressed with this app so far - very thorough and professional interface, and the range of options certainly give peace of mind.
