I uploaded a disastrous csv to shopify yesterday and started to freak out. It wiped all my variant skus out completely and I couldn't fix it. I was like "oh I have that backup app i never thought i would need." I ran it back to the night before and it FIXED EVERYTHING (but inventory). Saved me an insane amount of time. Thank you so so so much.
App does what it says in an easy to understand way. The support, especially Brittney, have been invaluable and respond very quickly when I have had questions.
A backup service that doesn't allow you to access the files being backed up, absolutely worthless. Don't believe 5-star reviews, this company just buys them.

No issues with the product, but it's one of those Shopify expenses grows as you scale. I would avoid and try to find to find something that doesn't feel entitled to a royalty of your hard work.

The product is great, with our favourite feature being the ability to go back in time and see when changes were made to product listings.
