Rewind Backups

An excellent app that ensures some peace of mind while also providing a phenomenal customer service experience

This app has saved our butts a few times with some bad missorted product uploads that removed all images on products except the first one. A quick Restore from Rewind and all was well. This peace of mind is worth the monthly cost.

We've been using Rewind Backups for several years and have never had a problem with it. The control panel makes it easy to locate specific backup items. Their support (Noah, in this case) was quick to get back to us when we had a question about our account.

Five shiney gold starts to REWIND for saving my rear and web site. I've been using Rewind since I moved our website to Shopify just because I knew that some day it was going to be needed. (15 years in IT taught me that one.) So three years slip by and the back ups just happen without anyone giving it a thought . . . until whammy. My carefully edited CVS file import went crazy and placed all kinds of ANSI II funky charcters all over my wonderfully written product descriptions when I imported ALL my products with new pricing! ouch . . . took me a day to realize how big a problem I had. And then I remembered . . REWIND has my back. It was painless to back up 2 days on my product information and have it restored via Rewind. Now I'm back at updating my pricing with corrected csv files and all is well. Heavy sigh and 5 stars.

Brittney in support quickly got back to me when I emailed a question, provided the solution and I'm whole again! Easy peasy!

I have had the Rewind app for about 5 years and thankfully never had a reason to use it...But today I accidentally deleted some products that were very time consuming to list. Rewind to the rescue!! It was so easy and seamless to restore. Thanks!!

I've been using Rewind Backups for my online store, and I'm really impressed. It automatically saves all my important stuff like products and designs, which is super reassuring.

The best part is if I mess something up, I can easily put things back to how they were before. It's like a time machine for my store.

Rewind is invaluable when you have a team of folks working on your site. We have had a few accidental deletions of content, and Rewind has been able to quickly recover blogs and products, saving countless hours in content creation and frustration. It is one of those things you don't need until you 100% really need it right now and it is too late. So do yourself a favour and get it setup.

We've never had to use our backup but have a little peace of mind knowing that its there if ever needed.
