We just integrated with the Rewind app and have already had a chance to use it! The customer support team is incredibly kind and responsive. The tool is set up well and easy to use. We're grateful to have this added layer of support and security!

We had cause to need a recovery but had never used Rewind before. They responded to our request within about an hour.

Fortunately, we resolved the issue internally and didn't need to recover in the end but they (Bianca) followed up on this with a lovely email. This has given us a very good impression of Rewind so far.

No issues with the product, but it's one of those Shopify expenses grows as you scale. I would avoid and try to find to find something that doesn't feel entitled to a royalty of your hard work.
