The customer support on live chat was very helpful and responsive, however, there are still some bugs and issues in the BetterDocs & hopy improve these.

Pial was my instructor for this app and he was FABULOUS!!!! He gave very thorough and clear explanations on how everything works and he was also extremely professional!!!
