I’ve been using BetterDocs for our Shopify store, and I must say, the app has been fantastic in helping us create a seamless knowledge base for our customers. The support team, especially Nicole, has been incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step with prompt and detailed responses. It’s been easy to implement and has enhanced our customer support significantly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to build a comprehensive help center for their Shopify store!

After encountering a problem with the editor's display, I contacted support via the conversation tool. We were able to narrow down and resolve the issue in several steps. The tool that allowed support direct access to my installation was extremely helpful. This is what I call good support!
