Better Reports

really easy experience using Better Reports. Especially since once I signed up all I had to do was send an email of what I wanted and a representative sent me the report I needed.

Very powerful reporting app. I can get way better data out of this than I can out of Shopify's reporting system. The support team is fantastic too. They can walk you through what to do, or make custom reports for you.

I really like this application in terms of reporting!

And their support works at the highest level, they always helped me if I had any questions.

I have only been working with Better Reports for a few days, but so far any time I have requested help running a report they have responded super quickly with exactly what I want and some other options. I would rate their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL! Claudia rocks!

Fantastic app!
Their reports are intuitive and their support is suburb when you need a little help. This is a must if you have a store with thousands of items and need to really see what you are selling by product type, channel, etc.

I have been using Better Reports for my Shopify store for a few months now, and it's nothing short of outstanding. We originally downloaded Better Reports to schedule & distribute reports to emails that don't have access to Shopify. Our team has greatly benefited from from this feature alone and beyond. Not only is it able to run detailed reports by location, device, user, product department, payment type, etc...but it can also link different Shopify stores to view a single report from both stores. Their customer service is excellent and has helped quick turn reports (tables AND graph reports) with continued flexibility. It does have a little bit of a learning curve....but since our current business lacks a robust IT or analytics department, Better Reports has become one of my favorite apps.

I've used this app for over three years and am very happy with the amount of data it makes available. The customer service team has always been top-notch and willing to help. Easily a 5-star app with 10-star service.

Legitimately the best app that exists for the Shopify ecosystem. Incredibly powerful reporting that makes it simple for any business user to access the data they need, and support that is absolutely top notch. This week alone, Better Reports helped us craft custom reporting that will a) save hours every week and b) inform everything from online merchandising to product roadmap.
