I use this app to create and use various custom reports in addition to the standard existing reports. Its fairly simple to use and you can tweak the existing reports to suit your needs.
Customer support is quick to respond and gives additional tips based on your queries.

I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.

Pretty handy and crafty app, in comparison with other similar apps tried this one seemed to shine the most! If you are in need of some datacrunching, this might be of great use to you. ;-)
