Blanka is great to work with, but what really stands out is the amazing support from Mae. She is quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and makes sure every question I have is clearly answered. They were kind and tried to make things right, and I genuinely hope their business keeps growing.
That said, the shipping was just too slow...over a week for a basic highlighter isn’t ideal. I had to cancel, and my customer wasn’t happy.
The app’s also a bit pricey, with limited flexibility. Not the best fit for a fast-moving store, but I’m rooting for them to improve.

I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.
Mae was extremely helpful! Was on chat with me for over an hour helping me get my problem fixed.
