As a note I am new to this app but so far Bon is hands down the best. The price is very competitive especially when you consider all the customizable options they provide. The onboarding process is another main part that they tackle with ease. I worked with Maxxie and a few others who were all amazing. She worked with me getting all our customers imported over. If you have thought about trying Bon, I highly recommend.

Hands down, one of the best Loyalty rewards app I have found that doesn't break the bank and is simple easy and intuitive to setup and for our customers to use. Maxxie and Cady, have been phenomenal to communicate with and have been able to get us squared away on any quick customizations we required to make things look esthetically pleasing and on brand on our store. High Recommend you give this app a try.

I’ve been struggling to get everything integrated. While I was chatting with someone for assistance, they logged off in the middle of our conversation. When they finally returned, they mentioned they were extremely busy. Then logged off again. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

Absolutely superb! The functionality of Bon Loyalty versus the many other loyalty apps we looked at is second to none. And the free version works right out of the box for startups. Also a big shout out to Maxxie who gave a brilliant demo for us and also helped us with support questions. This has been the easiest app so far and we have many to source and install. 5 star useability and 5 star service!

Best customer service ever ! I had 2 requests for the use of the app, and Cara immediately helped me out. We discussed a few things together to make it as easy as possible for customers and i definitely recommend this app.

The application is very intuitive and easy to use, it has many essential features for my store.

This app was uninstalled the same day because the app developer wanted to charge me a fee for integrating the floating widget and rewards page into my theme. The floating widget is large and blocks the cart drawer checkout button on mobile. The buttons on the rewards page are not customisable. The extra fee charge is disappointing because I am on the paid version and it took me all day to set up the app, and I found out last minute about the extra charges. All the other apps I use, paid and free apps, offer support for integration for free.
