Bon were really helpful in smoothing the transition from another loyalty app that we had been using. Their chat/support system was very consistent and fast over the 2 days of our transition.

Just starting to use the app, it's user friendly and a lot of customisation.
The customer service was great. Daisy was helping me to set up, she responded very fast and gave me the information more then i asked.

Excellent customer support! Daisy helped me to remove the watermark. I sent a request out of working hours but they replied to me immediately. I recommend it 100% because for now, it's the best app on the market.

So far so good. I've had the app for about a day now as I'm getting everything set up for launch. This app includes most everything I was looking for in a loyalty app including: referrals, rewards expiry, judge.me and POS integrations, dedicated pages (because who else is tired of widgets?), vip tiers, and minimalistic yet customizable design. Fingers crossed they will soon introduce a Mailchimp integration. However, all of those core features I was looking for plus so many more for $15 a month (and less annually) is an unbelievable deal.

Shout out to Daisy, Cara, Genie, and Jerry for helping me with customizations, guidance, and responding in a timely manner. Especially considering they probably aren't in the same time zone me.
