Really amazing and full featured points program with incredible customer support. Emile & Anna were really responsive and helped us get everything setup and running without issue. Documentation was well written and straight forward. Program seems to be adding even more features over time, but it already has more features than many other points programs that I have used. Highly recommend using BON!

Setting up this app was incredibly fast and easy, and speaking to Emile made it SO much easier! She assisted me with removing the Brandmark from it for me very quickly!

It's been a while since we started looking for an app to increase social sharing and referral, and seems like we've finally found it! The initial set up process was super easy and friendly, can't wait to launch it and see how much of a difference it'll make. Daisy from the BON team was very friendly and helpful! I just installed Bon Loyalty and it's terrific. I had lots of questions and was provided excellent customer service from Emile. Great communication, friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Great app - great people. Thanks! Actually the best customer service I've received from anywhere to do with Shopify, and I've had my shop for 7 years. Way to go Bon Loyalty - you know what you're doing!

Cannot recommend this app enough! Easy to install and set up especially as I am not very technical minded. It is easy to customise the earn points requirement and the redeem points selection. Being able to to rename the points system, use my brand colours and my own widget icon to ensure it was inkeeping with my brand was great! The customer support is also amazing, Carla & Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went smoothly. Thank you so much to the developers for creating something so wonderful, if i could give you 10 stars I would!
