Honestly a great app. It has all the premium features of other apps for FREE. Integration, system and settings are all easily configured and managed. Recommend all shopify stores to use this app! Has a very sweet and friendly customer support named, Emile who is fast in responding and rectifying to my store issues!

Amazing loyalty, rewards, and referral app with a long list of features. I'd tried a few other apps and this app works better than other apps I tried and has many more features and ways to earn rewards, and ways to customize the entire rewards program. It is also easy to setup and customize. In addition to being a great app, Bon also offers amazing customer service. Emile was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me with the setup questions I had about getting started .

I found this app whilst looking at a Shopify article and so far they have done me a massive favour.
I have just set the app up, super easy and they lead you through in in the app, once set up it is very easy to change things that you want to before you launch, and then after it has launched as well.
The on site widget is easy to change to your store colours as well, and you can position it where you like.
I did have one question about whether if a customer bought something and then returned it, if their points earnt would automatically be removed, and they are, which is great for obvious reasons.
I spoke with Daisy and she was lovely, really friendly and helpful and I got the feeling that moving forward nothing will be too much trouble for them and that new exiting things will be coming in the future.
Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending then to any Shopify store owner.

This is an app I like very much, the support team is very good, but my website is running very slowly. After installation, my website speed dropped by 9 points. It was stuck and slow. The interface is very friendly, but I had to delete it.

I really enjoy using BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral! There is amazing customer service - shoutout to Anna for being extremely helpful and kind in guiding and assisting me through the set-up. The user interface makes it super intuitive to add a ton of customizations. The best part about this app is that it allows more customizations to the widget than any other rewards app I have seen. You can modify any texts within the widget and upload your own brand's logos to match the site's theme. Additionally, BON has many rewarding options that other apps don't offer as well as a tier system in place. So far, I am loving this app and the customer support!
