Really cool App. Very easy to setup. I am using the free version and they give you lots of options. I will upgrade because you don't have access to the "welcome email" under the free version but compared to other loyalty apps the price isn't bad. I did have one question about an automated email and Anna was very helpful.
I am incredibly satisfied with the support I received from Anna and the functionality of the BON Loyalty app. The app itself is user-friendly, customizable, and provides a wide range of features to create an engaging loyalty program. The fact that Anna went the extra mile to help me with my branding needs truly exceeded my expectations.
Very easy to use and rivals some of the other major companies that have rewards programs. I think you get so much for the price. Integrations are slightly limited but the ones they do integrate with has been ideal when transferring over. I love having the loyalty page directly on my site (nice, clean and laid out) without having to pay for the highest tier for that.
Their customer service is SUPER responsive and very helpful. Anytime I have a question or run into an issue the response is prompt and the suggestions are helpful. Cara has been super helpful. So has Ana (really everyone on their team has been awesome. I never had any issues).
I love the customizable features as well. I get to use this and have it blend flawlessly into my store's theme. It looks and meshes like a perfect fit!
