Boxify

This app fills a massive gap in the shipping functionality of Shopify. We've been relying on it since 2020 with only a few minor issues - always quickly and professionally resolved by Boxify support.

We have used Boxify with great success since 2019. As our DTC shipping increased we started running into issues with our FedEx calculations returning errors due to how Shopify was calculating/processing those orders.
Once we found Boxify and were able to customize our own boxes, product sizing, as well as items that ship by themselves, it solved pretty much everything we were dealing with.
The Boxify team has always be quick to help with mass-changes to our extensive SKU count, or anything else we've had to reach out about over the years.

Ive had great luck with Boxify. This app allows me to include dimensions and weight for individual items when calculating shipping costs.
I had a few set up questions, and their customer service was helpful and quick in getting back to me.

We have been using Boxify for years, and the software has been exceptional and up to our standards. The customer support is high quality, and they are very quick to respond. Specifically, Dave at Boxify provides exceptional help.

My products are various sizes, each ship from different locations, and each location uses different carriers. Boxify has been the most helpful tool ever. It makes it easy to implement shipping charges based on how the products can pack into a box.

I recently was changing us some things and got stuck. I wasn’t seeing the right carrier and after several hours of messing around, I emailed support. Dave responded to me right away at 10PM. His response was very thorough and he actually took the time to look at my store and confirm exactly what my issue was. While doing so he found a few other things that I had not enabled but should have. My issue was a simple oversight on my part but he took the time to explain it so that I understood and was able to quickly correct my error.

The Boxify app is awesome and so is the support!

Boxify solves many of our issues that we weren't able to solve in any other way as simply or cost-effectively. We needed a solution that could easily handle shipping quotes to customers on Shopify for multiple box shipments and especially for single SKUs that contained multiple boxes. This alone has saved us a lot of pulled out hair (and expense for incorrect shipping quotes from Shopify and couriers). Boxify also calculates and passes recommended box sizes in the Shopify order notes, which helps us greatly speed up the packing process, and has a lot of flexibility around different shipping zones, adjusting shipping rate quotes, etc.
Dave @ Boxify support is absolutely fantastic, he's helped us several times with shipping cost or process mysteries (it's never the software's fault, usually us or a courier doing something weird) by digging deep into the issue and recommending solutions.
We can't recommend this app enough. It's our "If we only could have 1 app, this would be it" app.

Customer Service is exceptional and the app has performed perfectly for many years. If you need to show real dimensional shipping rates to your customers and give your staff the box size to use this is your app.

Unable to connect popular USPS postage providers such as Stamps.com or Endicia.
It overides your shopify carrier settings and forced to use all carrier rates through app.

Boxify has been amazing. Thanks to some direct support help from Dave we were able to kick off our initial fulfillment with exactly the right packaging inventory. The app itself does what it says, and helps make sure we get the exact size boxes you need to fulfill any mix / quantity of items based on your own base requirements for max size, padding around items, etc. I saw someone upset that Boxify doesn't automatically stop billing as soon as you have a dormant shipping period, but we don't have a single app that does that. Its always been up to us to pause or remove an app if we aren't using it. So that aside, I fully recommend Boxify if you need to know what packaging you need to fulfil and order, and also be able to work with whatever variables you want to include for packing with size, padding, weight, etc.
