Excellent app with tremendous support. Would highly recommend, this app has helped our back end staff with assembling orders, and the pos be able to properly calculate live shipping accurately. It is a little wonky by necessity but the support is great at walking you through everything.

We have used this app for some time to help us with shipping. Recently, we had an issue and a question. I was able to have the developer reach back out and solve my problem quickly. I feel he went above and beyond to help us fix a configuration and offered a suggestion for another configuration solution. That is great service! I highly recommend Boxify!

Dave at Boxify is quick to jump on a call and offer support. When your dealing with a down system, a 1:1 conversation is sometimes all that is needed. He is experienced, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

WARNING - When your free trial ends, it will not automatically bill you or start on the basic plan. What does that mean? If you utilize this app as your only calculated shipping method, your customers will not be able to checkout! Fortunately a customer brought this to our attention, minimizing the loss of our ad spend and visitor exits. Nonetheless, the ad spend that we had during this time cost us more than the app does for the year. Hopefully the developer will change that. Most apps we've installed require you to agree to a specific plan that will begin billing once your plan expires without having you to re-enter the app and choose a plan.

Otherwise, this app is an excellent tool and I highly recommend it. It's actually unbelievable that Shopify doesn't already have dimensions as an option for shipping. Just another monthly expense for using Shopify's platform..

Great app, great customer service. Dave is extremally helpful. App works perfectly for our complicated shipping.

Boxify does what it says it does, and it makes it easy to do. We have over 500 products, and with their upload form it was easy to get them all set up. The support is really a cut above- I had questions during set up, and they were all addressed promptly and in detail. Whenever it looked like I had hit a snag, Support was there and had either an explanation or a workaround. Would highly recommend if you have many products of different sizes, or customers buy in bulk! I think this app is going to save us a lot of time, money and headaches

Boxify rocks! The app does exactly what it says - gets your customers real time rates based on actual product geometry (not just volumes). Support is top notch - quick, responsive, and super helpful. Don't know what I would do if I didn't have this app! If you need to calculate dimensional shipping rates, this is your answer.
