Amazing app, easy to use, and fantastic email and phone support. Boxify helped me resolve an issue I've been dealing with for months. i wish I heard of them sooner
My company has used Boxify for several years. It has worked very well for us. In fact, we are adding Boxify to a brand new store.
I have needed assistance in setup a few times, so I emailed Boxify with my issues. They responded VERY quickly (within 30 minutes today) with the answer. I did not get some automatic reply or some generic email. I could tell that I was emailing an actual person (David). He helped me with everything I needed.
I almost NEVER review anything, as I am quite busy, but Boxify has been THAT good and they deserve it.
No program for calculating shipping is perfect, but I would say that Boxify is as close as it gets for our needs. We sell products of varying weights and sizes (motorcycle parts), and Shopify's shipping could not come close to handling our needs.
I would HIGHLY recommend Boxify.
