Boxify

I love Boxify! We ship all over the world and this app helps SO much with quick shipping calculations. It has significantly cut down on the time we spend looking up shipping costs for our customers.

Whenever there is an issue, the support team responds back within minutes and the problem is solved. And, don't get me wrong, the problems are not with the app, but stuff on our end that we didn't input correctly. The Boxify folks take the time to look at all big picture and can spot our errors. Thanks guys!

This is an excellent product for getting accurate shipping quotes! I highly recommend it for anyone who isn't using a flat rate shipping model. Excellent customer service as well.

This app is a must-have for any business with varying product size. We ship rare GTR auto parts around the world, ranging in size from screws to bumpers. Although getting the data (measuring dimensions and weighing items) is quite involved, it's the only way to figure out complex shipping calculations. Whenever we've had any issues with the app, we've received fast and useful responses from Boxify. We highly recommend this app.

UPDATE (12/25/18): We have only positive things to say about Boxify and the support we've received from their knowledgeable staff. Getting accurate shipping calculations can be complex and Boxify helps automate the process. Whenever we've had discrepancies with shipping costs or had any other issue, we've received expert responses quickly from Boxify. We'd be thrilled if all apps had this level of customer service and expertise.

We use this app strictly for its box packing algorithm to reduce time spent selecting box sizes when printing batches of orders. It's easy to configure and handles package selection very accurately. It's saved us a ton of time!

We were looking at other apps but they were pretty complicated and expensive. Since we have a lot of different package sizes, we were having to choose between losing a lot of money on shipping or overcharging our customers with Shopify's standard options. Boxify fixed that, and made it so we can give accurate pricing no matter the service desired, substantially improving our conversion rate and bottom line. Just remember when you add a new product to be sure to put in the dimensions or sometimes your products can appear unavailable to customers. I've recommended this app to many fellow small businesses.

Great customer service. The app is simple, but that is what I love about it. It is easy to set up and use. Totally does the job if you are needing dimensional shipping.

Lost lots of sales due to unexpected outcomes with this app. For example if you click ship for free it just removed the dimensions and then shows as unavailable when customers go to checkout. Update: Vendor responded immediately to my negative review with a solution to my problem. Still not in love with the app but the response time makes it more favorable to me.

I use Boxify to more accurately calculate shipping at checkout. My product is sold in a wide range of sizes and quantities. Every shipment is different with costs all over the place. Boxify allows me to set up an almost limitless range of possibilities. Calculations are well within 10% of actual shipping charges. If I had a more standardized product and box inventory, I'm sure it would be dead-on. I've contacted support maybe 3 times over the year I've had it. Dave has always been quick and professional. Something else most people do not know about apps, in general, is that many slow down your site's load speed, which hurts google's ranking. Boxify does NOT do that!
