We've had this app for 3 years; worked great and customer service was always very quick in replying and helping solve any issues/answer questions. Decided recently to go with flat-rate shipping so will no longer need this app, but wanted to leave a positive review on here because it worked great for when we needed it.

I was having an issue with the app which was my fault. I contacted Boxify and they solved the problem very quickly. It was an over site on my part. This problem being resolved will save my customers money on shipping along with our company increasing the sales.

Shopify does not allow you to use multiple box sizes. Boxify does. Boxify will allow you to configure multiple boxes and then from each individual product page on your store configure the size of the actual product. When a customer checks out on your store, boxify will use the size information that you input on the product page to figure out how many items will fit in a box and select the best box to use. This brilliant app gets around one of the major limitations of shopify. Their customer service is also top notch and they are extremely helpful in helping with product size configuration and setup questions. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that uses multiple size boxes on their storefront....everyone.

Great app and fantastic customer support! We've been using it for nearly 3 years and it does a nice job of calculating accurate shipping rates for us.
