Great app! Speedy customer service.

I was having an issue with the app which was my fault. I contacted Boxify and they solved the problem very quickly. It was an over site on my part. This problem being resolved will save my customers money on shipping along with our company increasing the sales.

Boxify has helped us to provide substantially more accurate shipping charges to our clients. We ship via different locations & have many oversized products and Dave helped me understand how to make everything work together to ensure proper pricing. We've had a great experience with Boxify over the last few years. We ship various products from single screws to large, heavy plates and Shopify's shipping settings just weren't cutting it for accurate shipping rates. The ability to look back and see why a specific order was quoted at a specific rate is also really helpful for troubleshooting situations where the incorrect rate was given. Support is also very responsive and has been fantastic when we've needed assistance.

Boxify is helping my fine art business capture shipping costs that I wouldn't have been able to accurately charge any other way. The software has a lot of flexibility for mixing product in one box. It works with many non-standard product sizes and lets me adjust for our handling, insurance and box costs. Best of all, Dave at Boxify is soooo helpful and patient in answering questions, reviewing various scenarios and making recommendations and giving clear instructions, all in a timely manner. It does take work and planning to implement this software and I am still learning after 2 years.

Dave is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. The dimensional weight calculations are very accurate if you spend a little time properly setting it up. Now that we use it, I could not imagine running our shipping calculations any other way. Dave and team always respond within a business day, which is a nice change from many developers. This app has been a game changer for our store. It is very easy to configure and support is top-notch. Anytime we've had a question we get an answer right away.
