Boxify

Really helped dial in our shipping rates to save $ and offer customers accurate rate quotes. Customer service is top notch as well. Dave @ Boxify took the time to explain how the apps so we could ensure we setup correctly, etc. Works insane if you have a lot of products that trigger shipper's dimensional weight vs. actual weight.

We have been using Boxify for as long as we've been retailing through Shopify, and it's hard to imagine how our website would function without it. Our products are all one of a kind and are wildly different sizes, so the default shipping options with Shopify simply wouldn't work for us. We recently went through a shipping transition that wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Boxify and the next level customer service and explanations of everything that they provided for us. The items we ship are large and bulky and can't be packed together in one large box. Boxify is great for allowing us to set up the dimensions for the products so they ship in the designated boxes. This way the customer ends up paying for exactly what ships. Dave is always super responsive to questions. We don't need much support with this app but any questions we have are answered quickly and clearly. We've been using Boxify for years and it works great for our store.

Fills in almost any gap we run into with Shopify native shipping features. While many times those Shopify features get the job done, Boxify makes our fulfillment much more efficient and flexible.

Customer service is almost always a weakness with apps. Boxify is one of the best we have encountered. Fast replies and clear answers to our questions about app capabilities.

This app does what Shopify cannot handle natively: to provide accurate shipping rates. If you are thinking about trying this app, do it. You will not be disappointed. I've been using Boxify for about 5 years, and anytime I had a question or concern, Dave (support) was always there to help. Dave's response time is exceptionally fast, and very detailed. 5 stars!!

Took me a bit to figure it out but thanks to Dave I now have it! Dave spent the entire day going back and forth with me making sure he answered all of my questions and showing me all the proper settings and my misconceptions. The biggest thing you need to know is that Boxify doesn't take over all of you shipping needs it just gives the proper prices for customers in the cart. Its a shame that Shopify cant do this since all other shopping carts can figure this out. You still have to add all of your boxes in to the Shopify section so you can actually ship the order with the proper box. Once you do this you should be good to go. Boxify also tells you how to best package your orders too. Update! Dave has been awesome! Had a couple issues and he was able to quickly find the root cause, it was all on my side with missing values for a couple products. Love this app! I have tried all the rest and nothing beats Boxify for our needs.

We needed a solution to properly calculate multiple sized boxes and packaging with our negotiated UPS rates to apply at checkout, and Boxify has been the absolute best for our needs. The app is straightforward and works 100% of the time. When I needed to reconnect the API, Dave at Boxify responded to my email so quickly. It is so nice to work with an app that values the support of their customers, as much as they do the quality of their product. The peace of mind I have that my customers are getting a proper shipping quote, as well as knowing that I have access to support from a real person is invaluable.

Best app & customer service on the app store when it comes to shipping calculations! This app has been a life saver when it comes to data entry, so simple to configure and use right away! Dave is always our go to guy; the support is phenomenal and the team always gets back to us the same day (Even on weekends). There hasn't been one thing they haven’t been able to solve for us, highly recommend.
