Our business encountered some very frustrating issues with the app that have recently been resolved. The process was lengthy due to back and forth communication and trying to determine which side the issue was on. I initially wasn't happy with the responses we got from Bundle Builder requesting help. That being said, as soon as Hannes from the customer service team reached out it really turned things around. He was very on top of communicating with me about timelines and how they were working behind the scenes to figure out the issues. Ultimately it was a long process to get there, but I did feel that he genuinely cared about helping us out. I still find that the user interface isn't the most straightforward, but we will continue to use Bundle Builder, as I'm much more confident in the customer service we received - it made all the difference.

The app is not working well, lots of bugs and you will face problem with your inventory and of course the support is slow like the app slows down your website.

Support was super helpful in setting up our bundle! App is also really useful if you want to set up a bundle which has a fixed cost.

Easy to use and very helpful customer support agents! I had an issue adjusting the shipping price for a bundle and one of their agents walked me through the process. He even recorded a video for me to follow. (shoutout to Rafael) Very satisfied with the app!

We've been using the app for over a year now and it's been really good. We haven't had any problems with it and Jalal was great at helping me edit the builder.

Great app! I used it so that customers could choose a box size of 2, 4 or 6 bottles of cocktails and then select whichever cocktails they wanted from a list of 8. The 'add a form step' part let me add a gift message step and also a preferred delivery date. Support was always very efficient and helpful. would recommend.
