Wir waren eine Weile zufrieden mit der App. Aber leider häufen sich in der letzten Zeit die Bugs und es ist sehr mühsam die die Ordnung der Produkte im Builder zu gestalten und zu übewachen. Die App hat plötzlich Produkte wieder rausgestrichen, welche wir mühselig wieder integrieren mussten. Wir wechseln die App.

We have not experienced this before; we also checked our logs and confirmed that nobody removed these manually. I use this app to create an experience for customers where they can feel like they are packing their own gift box to spoil someone special in their life. I've had very good support from the team with giving advise on how to use the app best. They even take the time to do video calls and screen sharing at a time convenient to their customers - even if that means very early hours for them.
Update: More than 3 years using this app and there’s just nothing else like it. Great user experience. The team makes the effort to understand their clients crucial features and assists to make sure the app works perfectly. Very happy! Thank you

The app has met my need for a program that allowed customers to select items for their gift box. It's worked well, and when there has been an occasional glitch, the customer service has been excellent. I recommend it.

Yes, it's technology. But the difference here is 100% the people behind this APP! They are amazingly helpful. Punctual and informative troubleshooters.

Easy to use and very helpful customer support agents! I had an issue adjusting the shipping price for a bundle and one of their agents walked me through the process. He even recorded a video for me to follow. (shoutout to Rafael) Very satisfied with the app!
