Candy Rack | All‑in‑One Upsell

[Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well.

This app was great for creating upsells. Really easy to set up and simple to customize. The dev team was also VERY responsive, impressive.

We're loving the app! It really helped us boost sales. And it doesn't seem to slow down the website much. Thank you guys for good work!

This app is brilliant to use if you are stuck with products that do not sell well by their own. I was stuck with products for a long time, until I got the idea that it might be clever to offer a "surprise" to a low price in an upselling manner. But how do I do this in a practical way? For me the answer would be Candy Rack! To my delight, this worked well with Candy Rack, so now I am very happy that the products I have been stuck with for a long time are finaly selling. I will also give some extra credits to the awesome customer service.
Very helpfull indeed, and I am for sure going to continue using Candy Rack and optimize my store further as soon as I have sold out the stocks that is my first priority to sell out.

The setup of the different upsell options is very easy and yet sophisticated. Possibility to customize the pop-up design is a plus too. The support I received from Lucia by Digismoothie when facing a small issue was excellent, she provided very helpful insights. Truly recommend :)

App works perfectly -- the nicest looking and best functioning upsell app I found, having tried a few of them. But the best bet is the support! Incredibly responsive -- they built integration with Recharge Subscriptions in about 2 days so now it works perfectly and have made a bunch of CSS tweaks to make it work for me. Thank you!

Very good support and easy setup. Definately would recommend this app. Also increased my AOV. I have it up and running on several stores now.
