This is an awesome free app, simple to set up, its has CSS editor so I can make it look like it actually belongs on the site. I like the chat object, its exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy, but awesome. Emily from Customer Service was also super helpful with anything I needed. I definitely recommend this app.
