would not recommended this app. The manager was not following the keywords set I have given and wasted thousands of dollar without one single conversion.

I've WASTED one week of my time and sales with this app and it's customer services team. This ad doesn't work and when it works it doesn't set up the ads currently. They also never wanted to give me a full refund. Shopify please remove this app. Screenshots:

When I first used this app for free it seemed like it was generating traffic to my site. However, none of the clicks were generating any revenue. So, I upgraded to premium to see if Clever would help me get results. There are multiple issues I came across. 1) The account manager didn't respond to my request or help me. Seemed like there were generic responses and no action taken. 2) The shopping feed from Clever to my Google Merchant Center didn't work. Google saw many problems with it. 3) When I tried linking my Google Analytics to Clever, Google said they are not a verified app. 4) There support chat always says they are out of office. This app doesn't seem well maintained or supported.

Horrible customer service. I've used this app for a few months now and just finished uninstalling it.

Our campaigns weren't effective, so I reach out to our campaign manager and asked for us to review our campaigns and come up with a strategy going forward. (Trying to be helpful) Each time I was told to send over what we wanted and they would upload it for us.

There was no effort to try and get to know our business, products or target audience, which I feel you need to know in order to put together a good marketing campaign.

What I felt ended up happening was I sent over keywords I thought was a good start, ad banners we created, etc and our campaign manager uploaded them for us. There was no effort to work with us and/or improve our campaigns further. Even when some of our banners were rejected by Google, there was no effort to correct them or reach out to us to let us know they were rejected.

Maybe we just got a back campaign manager. I don't know, but it wasn't worth the cost considering what we also pay to Google too.

Big disappointment. The campaign was set up without any keyword research, most of the traffic from India, although specifically was told what countries need to be set. Waisted money and time. Hope they will improve in the future.

Regarding the keyword reserach, we use the name of the products on your store to create the keywords for your campaigns. During the setup process, you were asked to choose the countries you wanted to target.
Please note that we do not manage campaigns that are not created by us. The Indian traffic may have come from a different source (Facebook, Instagram...) but not from our campaigns.

I have paid $25 to these people and I'm still waiting to find out why. Still waiting on someone to explain or provided the service I paid for. Customer Service is weak to say the least.

There ad response time 10 days was bad also their key words selection on the items uploaded was bad.

This app is shit regarding Geotargeting and products. Non of those suggestions fits me and there is not possible to write your own geotargeting area or categorise products you are selling.

I am done dealing with this app and the company. So my website sells protein supplements which aren't available elsewhere along with a very famous drink. I wasn't getting any sales for the protein and was burning money through the ads these guys have setup. I started to get bit traffic for the famous drink but it was only because google was showing my website when someone particularly searched for the drink.

However, for my protein which is my core product, I have hardly got I-2 sales. The total ROAS has been 0.7, which means for every $100 I spent, I just got sales of $70. They haven't been able to perform at all on the keywords targeting protein. Shows that they don't have experience with small ecommerce websites in a particular niche. Their PPC expert says the CPA is $14 which is good, but that's not for the Protein drink. That's the total which includes the drink which I sell for $11-$18. So which means I had to spend $14 to sell a $11-$18 drink where my profit margin is hardly 10%. Again no results for the protein powder.

Better to not waste your time as these guys will provide you false hopes, but they don't have much expertise.

Giving this go again after Benjamin has been very proactive and tried to offer me another solution. His support has been very good so far and consistently monitors the campaigns. He has gone out of his way and is really trying to help me achieve the results. Will try to be patient and hope for the best. 5 stars of Benjamin for his efforts and hard work

The app is a total waste of your time. The customer service is very slow and poor.

They took 4 days to setup my ads, none of them had a single impression or clicks until 5 days. After that they did something and I started getting bills in Google ads but Google analytics and Shopify dashboard showed clicks from random places. There wasn't a single purchase after they had setup 8 ads. Most of the clicks were from random places like Turkey, Spain, Banglasdesh, etc while my geolcation was just NZ

Updated- After they reached out to me and asked to try again it's still as bad. They aren't responding to my emails and the ads aren't performing well either
