We have been using Zapiet for several of our stores during the pandemic and after having to try others, we always come back to them for the ease of use, integration/adaptability, features, ability to assist us with customization and their amazing customer service and support team. They are truly partners in how they work with you to resolve problems. Highly recommend!

Stephane, by far, has been the most helpful person in this whole experience of creating my Shopify site. I'm pretty savvy with shop design but the functionality is another animal. He went above and beyond with help solving my issues.

The app generally does everything we hoped it would be. There are a few hiccups here and there but support has been very helpful at those times.

First, let me say, I've tested the other Store Pickup apps, and they have some major flaws that would have cost our company hours of work.

I wouldn't download a different Store Pickup app if you paid me! This is *the one*.

Support is always extremely helpful, and they've solved any issue we've run into.

The app provides essential functionality for any company that has both online and brick and mortar locations. If your customer can't come pick up an item they purchased from your shop, you're missing a huge opportunity! This app takes care of that seamlessly.

** Update April 25th 2021** So I ended up switching from this app last year to shopify's native local delivery and store pickup function (which works fantastically I might add). I was trying to keep my app count down but Shopify threw a curveball with their multi origin shipping that in theory was great but if you have multiple locations that fulfill and the order gets split being fullfilled by two or more locations the customer gets charged double or even triple the shipping charge... talk about conversion killer. I found a very well kept secret, getting shopify to put me back to single origin shipping and boom problem solved hover you lose the native Store pickup function and technically their local delivery option as well (that didnt take). So I came back to Zapiet a year later and good lord they've improved leaps and bounds, with app functionality and the support is ridiculousy good this time around (even though they really tried to step up last year after I complained). These guys are great and I'll support them. I'll give them 10 stars later if they can pull off my new features suggestions lol. Keep it up my dudes! ** Update April 9, 2020** So it really takes a lot to impress me as a Sr. Consultant - digital transformation strategist for mid to large companies with a background in software development. Andy and his team soundly responded to my review and concerns with a viable reason as to the lack of support initially which was pretty clear given the COVID Pandemic. Im updating this review in this way so you can see that it isnt a fake review and im as thorough as I can be. They have gone above board to fix the issues I had and keep me in the loop for future upgrades and I've been dealing directly with the leadership team and development. We are still in the testing phase of the updates and so far 80% is top notch so ive updated the rating to 3 stars because the service is excellent now. Once the last fix corrected to truly test the apps competence tech wise.. i'll update again.

This is a great app. It's very well developed and allows us to offer in-store pickup for our customers. Plenty of customization, but the app remains clean and super easy to manage.

Support is Fantastic. Every email\request has been answered timely and issues resolved and questions answered.

The app itself works pretty decently, but what I'm really giving 5 stars for is the swift, empathetic, and awesome team behind this app! They we're great with helping us out when our shop was having trouble with the programs. They're staff responded quickly to our inquiry, and was patient with us and our lack of knowledge. They fixed the issue without needing hardly any of our (precious) time and courteously notified us when the issue was resolved. The app itself has been used a handful of times by locals, especially those requesting they're items are giftwraped, which is awesome. We love this app during the holiday season!

We needed the possibility to let our visitors/customers to choose pick-up or delivery, as well a date and time slot. It was an urgent need. Although it is very busy in these difficult times we really had the best possible support. So in our opinion a 5 STAR APP! We had some issues in the beginning, but they where solved really quick and the app gives us all the possibilities we need (and more).
