So far this app has been very easy to set up and they even offer you EXTRA trial days when you complete certain steps. What a gem!
I like how this app is really easy but I really hoped that there could be multiple receipts to be made so that we can send them out for different purposes. Cause for retail stores, it would be good to send receipts for different purposes with the same template instead of having different templates. But I enjoy how awesome the customizations are and the integration to Shopify is great!
no reply from customer service. i have been spending hours trying to remove my house address from the emails that are sent out. very poor app

An upgrade over the default receipt e-mails, and simple to customize to fit your brand. Probably a good fit for most stores still using the default receipts.
I'm liking this app so far! Simple to set up and I like the fact that a lot of it is pre-done for you! Makes my life much easier!
Can't even send newsletters with this app. Staff is unwilling to help. Very disappointed. It looked like it had good potential as far as what it should be able to do, but I can't actually do anything with this app. Too bad. Guess I'll be going elsewhere.

i used this app to help me do emails and its so easy to use. Its very simple to set up and it took a huge pressure off of me to know that this app can take care of it for me.
I believe I have enough information to move forward with, it is frustrating that there is no one to call for help, no chat, and if you do ask a question, it will not be right away. I previously left a bad review because I was not finding the direct answers I needed I still admit it is frustrating trying to work real-time problems via delayed emails. Having an issue and possibly having to wait up to 3 hours to get a response if you have a major hang-up is not ideal for a website-ran business. I hope this company will change its approach to supporting its customers and at least provide some one-on-one, real-time support in getting started and understanding what can or can't be done, and how you can accomplish certain things. I've raised it to 3 stars in hopes that the information I was given is accurate and will help me accomplish what I'm attempting to do.
Be careful with this. Started immediately sending receipts (completely drafts) to my customers without my permission.
