Hi, there! Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there is no way to force a creator to promote a particular brand or merchant. You may be able to create contracts (outside of Shopify) that outline the expectations for the work the creator will carry out. I am very disappointed with how influencers are handling brand collaborations on the Shopify Collab. Many influencers send their applications, and after accepting some of them, I sent gifts. They received the gifts but failed to post or share stories about the products. They also do not respond to emails or Instagram messages. Additionally, there is no option to rate these creators/influencers, which allows them to act unaccountably.

It's getting better
So far not many complaints but think there are a ton of improvements that could be made. Would love to see a way to rate the creators so as a brand we understand the past experiences with that creator. Also when recruiting would be nice to have more data to filter on, like age, interests. Thanks
