Thanks to Ruth I was able to place my first dropship order today! After some technical difficulty I reached out and Ruth promptly rersponded on their messenger service. She didn't tell me what needed to be done to fix the problem, she went into my account and fixed it for me! It's reassuring to me that CJ has a great customer service structure in place with people like Ruth. It really means alot to know you won't be on an island if you're stuck in the platform. I honestly tried other platforms like DSers and their customer service just doesnt stack up to CJ's Thanks Ruth for helping me through my first order! Thanks CJ for hiring people like Ruth!!!
