I'm only starting out, but so far CJdropshipping seems to have pretty robust tools and features. It's easy to search for products, though their 'search by image' feature could use a little work (it often returns a very limited number of items, or it's not the right match even though you can find the exact item on their site searching by keywords). But BEST OF ALL, their customer service response rate is extremely fast. For product sourcing, they will reply within a day (possibly even hours - I'm not at my computer 24 hours a day). You can also chat with a representative on demand as well. Eugenia Deng answered so many of my packaging questions I got embarrassed but she remained patient and helpful. When she didn't know a delivery schedule off the top of her head, she double checked with someone else and was able to give me a specific answer in minutes. Leah was also very prompt with helping me deal with shipping questions, and linked me to the correct resources. It's really great that I'm able to get answers so quickly via chat, despite being a beginner. I'd say that's even more important for beginners. I think I'm going to be very happy with CJ!

I recommend the app as it makes the job much simpler and more linear. Plus they have a fantastic customer service. I was supported by Garrison Wong who dedicated his time to me, directed me to the best solutions, was available, thorough, advised me in a professional manner and also provided me with links to tutorials to make my work even easier and more precise. Wanted to update my review. Gildan was also amazing in helping me get measurements for a product where others could not. Thanks so much Gildan! I just worked with Billy Shi at CJdropshipping. He was fantastic. I have an order that one item is discontitued...he went the extra mile and found me to options to replce the item with. He really was very kind and helpful, just like Sini Liu was prieviously (see below).

Have been using CJs for about six months. So far so good! I love the quality of the products and the agents I work with. Sini Liu and Billy Shi are awesome and very helpful. They do their best to meet my needs right away. I have had all good experiences with quality of items and only one bad shipping experience that had much more to do with the Israeli post office than CJs. I highly recommend CJs as a partner for your online store!
