I'm new to the dropshipping world, but I'm finding this app pretty easy to learn. Some of the products have confusing descriptions, but when I reach out for clarification, support is great at helping. Camilia Zhu has multiple times helped me and was so quick to answer my questions.
Customer service is super helpful and honestly been such a lifesaver at times. Especially Kris, she's been amazing. Have been using for quite awhile at this point.
