Been using this app for more than 4 years now and every single time their customer service agents and tech team never fail to impress me! (: Rossie is the woman to look for, she is very friendly and patient and never fails to check in with me whenever a customisation is made! Their tech team is also very fast and accomodating to make even a slight change or tweak to suit my perfectionism!

Works great without any problems at all. We actually contacted Thomas at Secomapp with a feature request and he added it to the app at no extra charge within 7 days. Highly recommended.
Update: Reached out to Louis 5 years after installing the app as it wasn't playing nice with an update in our theme. Louis fixed the problem straight away. Great service as always.
I have had this app since the early days it was added onto shopify app market.
Although it seemed easy to install, I opted for the safe option and had their support team install it for me. They did it painlessly and quickly.
Lately it seemed Shopify did some sort of upgrade as most of my apps stopped working, included this one. I contacted the support team again and very quickly and efficiently, they fixed it for me.
So I do strongly recommend as it runs smoothly and in the very very rare occasion you may have any issue, the support team is very responsive and helpful.... +++

2023 Update: We needed some tweaking after a theme update and happy to report great support again from Steve at Secomapp.
A great app that bridges the gap between currency detection and Shopify's native local currency checkout. We have seen a good increase in international sales after installing this app. Support from Peter and Michelle has been great - always quick to reply and very helpful.

I had an issue embedding the app to the header of my page, I was given quick support by an expert, who assisted me with my issue. Happy customer here :)
This application altered our sitemap URLs, resulting in 7,268 404 pages. Our site's health score plummeted to just 55. We've attempted to reach out to the app's support team on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, our issues remain unresolved, and we have yet to receive any response.
Since our store is in our local currency, the Icelandic Krona, the Currency Switcher app has made it easy for our customers to select any currency. We started to use the Currency Switcher two years ago and it has worked great. We are receiving orders from all over the world. Only once I had to contact support since a Theme upgrade called for a re-installation and minor modifications in layout. Support was quick and helpful since Steve fixed everything in a matter of minutes.
