I use this app to notify people when my out of stock items are available. Saves time notifying people individually and increases sales. Definitely helpful

Since moving our store over to Shopify we have tested a few restock apps, and this one is by far the best. Easy to install, superb UI, doesn't impact page load speeds and the initial free trial is awesome while you're learning the ropes and growing your traffic. We had our first minor issue with this app today (button not loading on product pages, never had a single issue up till this one), which we likely caused ourselves while editing some of our web content, haha. We contacted the Live Chat support and Abuzar fixed the entire problem for us within a few minutes. This is all while on a free plan and testing the app while growing our traffic. Amazing. Will definitely be upgrading our plan in the near future.

I use this app so everyone can know at any moment when a product is back in stock again.
I love they can both receive e-mails and SMS.
It works well and support team is nice.

It was a pleasure speaking with the staff at Appikon. They provided exceptional customer service. We've been looking for a user-friendly app that will allow us to set up back-in-stock notifications. We reviewed several, however, they were very difficult to set up. This app by far is the best in the market. We were so pleased that we added their pre-order app which is also amazing. We are very excited about our choice!

Some weeks ago, we switched from the Klaviyo Back in stock default flow solution to Restock Alerts, mainly because of the function to distinguish between stock locations (something that wasn't possible in Klaviyo and caused a lot of wrong Back in stock notifications).
It took us a few days to set everything up and move our current Back in stock notification list from Klaviyo to Restock Alerts without losing any of the queued customers. During the setup process, the customer support always replied super quickly which was very helpful in that phase. The live chat is a true gem. So far, everything works quite well. We appreciate the feature of manually deleting products (e.g. old generations) or unsent notifications (if sent out manually via Klaviyo). That way, we can keep our list of queued customers clean. One thing that could be improved from our point of view is that the whole system is based more on Product IDs and Variant IDs than on SKUs. Since our company mostly works with SKUs, we would love to be able to display the item's SKU in the list of sent/unsent notifications, for example.
