Always helpful. The social media moderator (AI) is dope. It gets the job done very well as long as you use the correct prompts. Richpanel is the way to go!

The "AI" feature is not all it's cracked up to be. It is NOT an AI chatbot that can answer customers' questions for them. It is not an AI that learns from previous conversations and drafts useful replies for you.

It is basically just a weak version of ChatGPT that can help you draft a reply based ONLY ON your help topics that you've manually written, but still needs a human to review and send it ...

Really great experience, we had some trouble understanding pricing but we had a quick demo call where they also clarified pricing. I was impressed with their team!

We have loved the tool so far, it's been a game changer and we are able to resolve customer's concerns so much faster!

This platform is wonderful! We have used Hubspot and Gorgias, but Richpanel has the best of both platforms. Amit and his team are amazing to work with. If we are having an issue, I email them, and within minutes, I have a response of "We were able to locate the issue and fixed it" or "We will look into this and get back to you." Disappointed and hoping for a resolution. There is no SMS ability and we were told there was. After all the work of moving CS platforms, we were met with this massive hole. Hope they will fix it and then I can update this review.
